Carrie Bradshaw’s favorite Manolo Blahnik shoes in *Sex and the City*, has announced a new collection called “A Splendid Manolo.” Each season, the designer will create “a select edit of styles, which are personal favorites, and the most quintessentially Manolo.”
“A Splendid Manolo” will be available only at Manolo Blahnik’s stores and e-commerce site. The Manolo Blahnik shoes will be sold with an embroidered dust bag and a limited-edition sketch.

The first design of the Splendid series is the “Sene”: a boot made of black satin adorned with a vibrant pink sculpted heel and pom-poms. It will be available from May 13th.
“The detailed crochet tassels and bold silk-covered accouterments nod to the Belle Époque, an era of beautiful clothes and sumptuous interiors, adding movement and artistry to every step, while the sculptural color-pop heel places the style firmly in the frame of modernity,” says the company.
